small bathroom shower head
the room was a good size.
the bathroom was small and the main shower head did not work properly, providing no flow. towels were also small! there was part of a rice cracker and a sweet wrapper on the bedroom floor. i stood on a one inch piece of wire in my bare feet.

The cups in the room were not properly cleaned upon arrival. I contacted reception, but no one addressed the issue. I took the dirty cups to reception myself. housekeeping was very poor, merely pulling up the duvet instead of properly making the bed.

Acceptable stay overall

convenient location lovely room nice view delayed room mold tile unclean sink
The location was very convenient. The room was indeed lovely and had a nice view. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed it.
Check-in was scheduled from 4 pm. I arrived and my room was not ready. I waited for 45 minutes. I noticed mold on the bathroom tiles, and the sink was not cleaned properly after the first night.
